1)      PROMPT ¨C Contact us for a design quote and we¡¯ll get back to you quickly, usually within 24 hours.   Your hourly rate depends on urgency, and includes night and weekend work if necessary.  Even if the schematic is only 90% complete, the design process can start immediately.   Of course, if time is NOT an issue, you will benefit from lower prices, and still experience the same prompt, accurate, reliable service.

Simple design layouts can be completed within 2-3 days, more complex ones may take as long as a week.  Turnkey prototype packages can be expedited in two weeks, including layout, fabrication, parts procurement, and assembly.   (Standard turn for these steps is 3 - 4 weeks.)   As the layout progresses, we research sources for components, to lessen the impact of extended material lead times.

In short, tight deadlines are not a problem. 

2)      ACCURATE ¨C We¡¯re not done until you are satisfied.  Our 25 years of experience benefits you in the wide variety of boards we have designed:  digital, analog, mixed-signal, RF, high-density, high-speed, multilayer, package on package, adaptor boards and many, many motherboards.  We have a diverse customer base, and work best in a dynamic environment.  We use state of the art CAD tools to provide comprehensive checking.  We incorporate DFM (design for manufacturing) to resolve issues before your boards hit the factory floor.

Even if you only need us to build your boards:  we will review your gerber files before they go to fabrication, and then work closely with the CAM operators as they process the files.   We know when an issue requires a client response, and, even more importantly, when it doesn¡¯t.   We will, however, close the loop with you on anything we find.

Finally, we stand behind everything we sell.  In the unlikely event you are ever dissatisfied with our performance; we will work with you until you ARE satisfied.
