ACD announces new Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operations Officer

RICHARDSON, TEXAS — ACD, a world-class design and sourcing firm, is proud to announce the appointments of Minh Nguyen and Mark Cottam to Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, respectively. Mark and Minh have been integral to the company’s recent growth, and their promotion to the executive roles will take ACD another step forward.

Minh previously served as the Chief Operations Officer and co-founder at ACD since 2015 and was responsible for the day-to-day activities, managing new and existing customer relations and identifying emerging market opportunities for ACD. In his new role as Chief Executive Officer, Minh will manage the company vision and strategy. Minh brings decades of experience in the technology space, including extended stints at Motorola and SinCo Technologies. His excellent leadership and communication skills, industry knowledge and commitment to putting the partners first will help ACD successfully execute its vision and mission.

Prior to his new role, Mark served as the Vice President of Operations for ACD. He was responsible for overseeing program management, procurement and sourcing, quality and facility management. In his new role as Chief Operating Officer, Mark will take over the day-to-day logistics and activities of the company, as well as serving as the primary escalation point for customers. Mark brings decades of experience in management, including positions with ACD’s sister company, NCA, Premier Management Consultant Services and United Developers. His familiarity with implementing and executing long-term business strategies and scaling companies will put ACD on the fast track to growth and success.
