Quality Manager
Job Type: Full-time, on-site (Richardson, TX)

Lead quality systems and quality assurance activities across electronics manufacturing operations.
Oversee inspections, nonconformance handling, CAPA, and root cause analysis.
Partner with engineering, sourcing, project management, and manufacturing teams to improve quality from prototype through production.
Support customer, supplier, and internal audits.
Track and improve quality KPIs including yield, defects, rework, and returns.
Drive supplier quality and vendor performance improvement.
Ensure compliance with applicable customer, industry, and regulatory requirements.
Train teams on quality procedures and workmanship expectations.

5+ years of quality experience in electronics manufacturing, EMS, PCB assembly, or similar environments.
Strong knowledge of quality systems, inspection methods, and continuous improvement.
Experience with IPC standards, ISO environments, and regulated manufacturing requirements.
Familiarity with SMT, through-hole, box build, and electromechanical assembly.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with AS9100, ISO 13485, ITAR, RoHS, and supplier audits.
Background in aerospace, medical, IoT, or other quality-sensitive industries.
Prior team leadership experience.
